About The Position

MCMH + Clinics is hiring a part-time Patient Access Representative for Downtown Care, its integrated medical and dental clinic. This position is 24 hours per week. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; scheduled hours may combine day and evening shifts and include rotating Saturday mornings.

The Patient Access Representative supports patients with front-office needs and helps keep patient information and clinic operations organized. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and can remain calm and focused in a busy clinic environment. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, commitment to excellent customer service, and general computer knowledge. Previous experience in patient access, a medical office, or a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
