Patient Access Representative-Downtown Care
About The Position
MCMH + Clinics is hiring a full-time Patient Access Representative for Downtown Care, an integrated medical and dental clinic. The position is 36 hours per week, with hours that may vary based on clinic needs. The anticipated schedule generally includes three 12-hour shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and rotating Saturday mornings. The representative supports patients with front-office needs and helps ensure accurate, efficient access to clinic services. The ideal candidate is positive, organized, calm and focused in a busy clinic environment, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. General computer knowledge is required. Previous experience in patient access, a medical office, or a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
