About The Position

MCMH + Clinics is hiring a part-time Patient Access Representative at Downtown Care, an integrated medical and dental clinic. The position is 24 hours per week. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; scheduled hours may combine day and evening shifts and include rotating Saturday mornings.

The representative handles patient-facing front office tasks, including telephone calls, appointment scheduling, registration and check-in, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate patient information. The role calls for a positive, dependable, detail-oriented person who can stay calm and focused in a busy clinic and provide excellent customer service. General computer knowledge is required. Previous experience in patient access, a medical office, or a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
