About The Position
MCMH + Clinics is hiring a full-time Patient Access Representative at Downtown Care, its new integrated medical and dental clinic. The position is 36 hours per week, with hours that may vary based on clinic needs. The anticipated schedule generally includes three 12-hour shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and rotating Saturday mornings. The successful candidate will support front-office operations and provide patients with excellent customer service in a busy clinic environment.
