The Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the patient access/pre-access team, ensuring efficient workflows, staff performance, and adherence to revenue cycle goals. The supervisor manages scheduling, monitors KPIs, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role includes coaching and performance feedback, resolving complex patient and operational issues, and partnering with clients to optimize front-end processes.
