About The Position

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Sales Representative. The role supports the efficient operation of the parts department by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will serve customers in person and over the phone, keep current on product information and market trends, and use business systems and digital tools for inventory management, invoicing, and customer inquiries. This is an inside sales opportunity for someone who values professionalism and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to travel the same day up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and over the phone, addressing their needs.
• Continuously study product information and market trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Use business systems and digital tools, including advanced computer functions, to manage inventory, process invoices, and handle customer queries accurately and efficiently.
