About The Position

Mackey Services is seeking an organized, dependable Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support its commercial and residential HVAC and Electrical Teams. This role helps ensure jobs are ready, materials are available, and warehouse operations run efficiently. The coordinator reviews the ServiceTitan schedule, stages materials for upcoming jobs, manages inventory and purchasing, coordinates job-specific materials and purchase orders, maintains warehouse organization, tracks shared tools and equipment, works with vendors, transports materials safely, and supports a safety-first culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in HVAC parts coordination, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of HVAC and electrical parts and equipment.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to safely tow a trailer.
Forklift certified.
Ability to lift 40–60 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.

Responsibilities

Review the ServiceTitan schedule and pull and stage parts, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs.
Manage standard warehouse stock, inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving.
Coordinate with departments on job-specific materials and purchase orders.
Maintain an organized warehouse and staging areas.
Track company tools and shared equipment, including checkout, returns, and follow-up on missing items.
Coordinate with vendors on orders, warranties, and returns.
Safely transport materials and equipment.
Support a safety-first culture.
