Parts Warehouse & Inventory PRO
About The Position
LandPro Equipment is seeking a Parts Warehouse & Inventory PRO to support the parts department and keep dealership operations running efficiently. The role involves receiving, inspecting, verifying, processing, and stocking shipments; maintaining organized and accurate inventory; and supporting parts availability for customers and technicians. The Parts Warehouse & Inventory PRO works with parts staff, service technicians, the sales team, and leadership, and may assist with machine-down and stock orders, parts delivery, showroom merchandising, and routine inventory tasks. The position requires an active, dependable, detail-oriented team member who can maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and work independently as well as collaboratively.
Requirements
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of parts, equipment, or machinery.
- Ability to learn and use dealership systems and parts catalogs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Dependability, attention to detail, effective communication, and a willingness to help where needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, parts, or equipment environments.
- Familiarity with agricultural, construction, turf, or automotive parts.
- Forklift certification or forklift experience.
- Experience using inventory management or dealership systems.
- Previous experience supporting a parts or service department.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming parts shipments, ensuring inventory is accurately receipted.
- Stock parts in assigned warehouse, showroom, and other locations promptly.
- Assist with machine-down and stock orders to support customer needs.
- Complete routine inventory tasks, including cycle counts, core returns, surplus returns, and stock receipting.
- Monitor parts shortages and communicate inventory issues to the Parts Manager to help expedite needed orders.
- Deliver or provide parts to service technicians as needed to support timely equipment repairs.
- Organize inventory to maintain accurate and efficient storage.
- Assist with showroom merchandising, displays, and stocking showroom inventory.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient parts department.
- Work with parts staff and teammates across departments to support dealership operations.
