About The Position

The Parts Warehouse & Inventory PRO supports the parts department by receiving and verifying shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, stocking parts in assigned warehouse and showroom locations, and delivering parts to service technicians. The role also supports machine-down and stock orders, inventory processes, showroom merchandising, and the cleanliness and organization of the parts department. The position works with the parts team, service technicians, sales team, and leadership to keep daily dealership operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of parts, equipment, or machinery.
• Ability to learn and use dealership systems and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, parts, or equipment environments.
• Familiarity with agricultural, construction, turf, or automotive parts.
• Forklift certification or forklift experience.
• Experience using inventory management or dealership systems.
• Previous experience supporting a parts or service department.
• Enjoys staying organized, pays attention to detail and accuracy, communicates well, is dependable, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming parts shipments, ensuring inventory is accurately receipted.
• Stock incoming parts in assigned warehouse, showroom, and inventory locations.
• Complete routine inventory tasks, including cycle counts, core returns, surplus returns, and stock receipting.
• Assist with machine-down and stock orders to support customer needs.
• Monitor parts shortages and communicate inventory issues to the Parts Manager to help expedite needed orders.
• Deliver parts to service technicians as needed to support timely equipment repairs.
• Organize inventory to maintain accurate and efficient storage.
• Assist with showroom merchandising, displays, and stocking showroom inventory.
• Keep the parts department clean, safe, organized, and efficient.
• Work with teammates across departments to support dealership success and daily operations.
