This role handles the parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales. The individual will be responsible for invoicing and pulling parts correctly, placing them in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery, and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, the position involves advising customers on part substitutions or modifications when replacements are unavailable, assisting in keeping the parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly, and aiding with physical stock inventory. Other duties may be assigned.
