The company’s brand reflects its commitment to the success of employees, suppliers, customers, end users, and others involved in HVAC system selection, design, purchasing, installation, and maintenance. The Parts Sales Representative provides outstanding customer service from the San Antonio, Texas office. The role supports customers with replacement and warranty parts, quotes, orders, tracking, inventory control, and shipping. The representative works with the Parts Department’s Outside Salesman to support multiple product lines represented by HTS Central Texas.

Requirements

Experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, construction, or parts industry.
Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work with the Parts Department’s Outside Salesman to support multiple product lines represented by HTS Central Texas.
Use mechanical comprehension of HVAC systems to identify solutions for customers’ replacement parts and equipment needs.
Build and maintain good customer relationships by meeting customer expectations.
Assist customers in identifying parts, provide quotes, and process orders.
Fulfill sales orders, including placing orders with manufacturers, tracking shipments, and invoicing processed orders.
Maintain accurate warehouse and Parts Department showroom inventory.
Stock the warehouse and Parts Department showroom with parts and supplies.
Inform customers about updates and bulletins supplied by manufacturers.
Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for Parts Department supplies and equipment.
Administer parts warranties for all manufacturers.
Process freight claims for damaged goods.
