About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Customer Care Rep to support customers and service technicians with parts-related needs. The role handles incoming calls, order fulfillment, stocking, purchasing, customer quotes, paperwork, customer satisfaction, and inventory control. The anticipated starting pay range is $23.00 to $25.00, commensurate with skills and related experience. The position requires legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills.
Parts or inventory control experience; lift truck industry experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
Pull orders, receive stock, and put stock away.
Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
Monitor customer satisfaction with parts support and respond to customer concerns and requests to enhance customer retention.
Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
Prepare customer quotes.
Process paperwork.
Control inventory, including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
