About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Customer Care Rep to support customers and service technicians with parts needs. The role handles incoming parts calls and orders, maintains stock and inventory, prepares customer quotes, and processes related paperwork. It also supports customer retention by monitoring satisfaction, responding to concerns and requests, and maintaining contact with current and prospective customers. The position works with Crown factory and outside vendors and contributes to inventory control for the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Crown will consider applicants legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. The anticipated starting pay range is $23.00 to $25.00, commensurate with skills and related experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Parts or inventory control experience.
Lift truck industry experience.

Responsibilities

Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
Pull orders, receive stock, and put stock away.
Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
Monitor customer satisfaction with parts support and respond to customer concerns and requests to enhance customer retention.
Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
Prepare customer quotes.
Process paperwork.
Control inventory, including conducting cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
