About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Customer Care Rep to support customers and service technicians with parts needs. The role handles incoming parts calls, order processing, stockroom activities, vendor relationships, customer quotes, paperwork, and inventory control. It also supports customer retention by monitoring satisfaction, responding to concerns and requests, and maintaining contact with current and prospective customers. Crown Equipment Corporation is a lift truck manufacturer with more than 15 manufacturing facilities and more than 500 retail locations in over 80 countries. Its sales and service network supports material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products, and related services. Crown will employ only individuals legally authorized to work in the United States and does not provide sponsorship for this position. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills.
Parts or inventory control experience.
Lift truck industry experience.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
Pull orders, receive stock, and put stock away.
Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
Monitor customer satisfaction with parts support and respond to customer concerns and requests to enhance customer retention.
Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
Prepare customer quotes.
Process paperwork.
Control inventory, including cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
