About The Position

The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join the Parts Department at Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda in Greenfield, Wisconsin. This full-time, first-shift role involves daily interaction with customers and dealership staff and supports dealership operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates with customer service, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse experience may be suited to the role, and candidates without experience may be trained.

The Parts Counterperson communicates with customers and dealership staff, answers calls and provides parts information and price quotes, processes payments, fills orders, manages inventory records, and sources parts when they are unavailable. The position uses parts catalogs and manuals to identify parts specific to a vehicle’s make, model, and year.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information.
• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory.
• Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up.
• Track incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock.
• Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year.
