About The Position

A Parts Counterperson assists retail and internal customers within the Parts Department in accordance with factory and dealership standards. The role supports parts sales and inventory operations, warranty returns and reporting, shipping and receiving, and the Service department. The position includes hands-on training followed by ongoing digital and classroom training opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle front and back counter parts sales.
• Handle wholesale parts sales.
• Place stock orders when needed.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Ensure all parts are accounted for and have a designated bin location.
• Receive and post incoming parts orders.
• Handle shipment and processing of warranty-requested parts returns.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Generate and process warranty scrap reports.
• Perform bin counts as needed.
• Contact outside repair facilities and body shops to generate wholesale business.
• Assist the Service department as needed.
