About The Position
Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our South Bend, IN Dealership. This role involves providing excellent customer service to our Service Department, counter, and phone customers, as well as locating and obtaining parts, providing recommendations for additional sales, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
Nice To Haves
- A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional sales image
- Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process
- Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers
- Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked
- Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories
- Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
