About The Position

North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We're building our Parts Department from the ground up and looking for a Parts Counter Associate who is organized, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something special from day one. Whether you have dealership Parts experience or you're an automotive enthusiast looking to build a career, we want to meet you.

Requirements

• Previous automotive Parts experience is preferred, but not required.
• Automotive knowledge or genuine interest in vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, phones, and dealership technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Parts Department.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and questions.
• Look up parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain accurate pricing and parts information.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Help receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department.
• Monitor special orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Work closely with Service and Sales teams to keep operations moving efficiently.
• Provide professional, friendly service to every customer and team member.
• Represent The Hanania Way through accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional service.
