We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our Ford dealership as Parts Counter Associate and/or Driver. Candidates may be hired specifically for the parts counter, for a driving role, or for either position depending on experience and interest. Training is available for motivated individuals who would like to develop into the parts counter role.

Requirements

Clean, valid driver’s license
Basic knowledge of automobiles and their systems
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work Saturdays

Training is available for motivated individuals who would like to develop into the parts counter role.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone with parts needs
Look up and order parts using CDK and the Snap-on Catalog
Accurately invoice and process parts transactions
Help maintain parts inventory, including stocking, organizing, and periodic counts
Pick up and deliver parts to customers, vendors, and other locations as needed
Safely operate dealership vehicles and follow all traffic laws
Represent the dealership professionally during all deliveries and customer interactions
