About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate at its high-tech vehicle Inspection Center in Brewerton, New York. The role supports vehicle reconditioning by ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, receiving and picking parts for vehicles, and keeping the parts storage area orderly. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support the development of skills and pay progression. The position uses state-of-the-art tools in a fast-paced production environment.

The listed schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Locations may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Be able to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
• Pass a complete background check.
