About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate for its high-tech Inspection Center in Winder, Georgia. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, and keeping the storage area orderly while receiving and picking parts for vehicles. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support the progression of their skills and pay. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Two schedules are available: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. All locations may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Employment is contingent on passing a background check; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Must use applicable safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
