About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Automotive Parts Associate at its high-tech vehicle Inspection Center in Delanco, New Jersey. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, and keeping the storage area orderly while receiving and picking parts for vehicles. Training programs are available for entry-level employees to help develop skills and progress pay. The position pays $19.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, with starting pay of $19.00 per hour. The first-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a motor vehicle records check.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
