About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate for its high-tech Inspection Center in Sanford, Florida. The associate orders parts, identifies and records parts needed for vehicles, receives and picks parts, and keeps the storage area orderly. Carvana provides training programs to help entry-level employees develop their skills and progress in pay. The position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and a first-shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes in excessive heat or cold, and to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Use of protective equipment may be required. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; some positions may also be subject to a motor vehicle records check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
