About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate for its high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed for vehicles, and maintaining an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. The position is based at 5506 Kennel Rd, Trenton, OH 45067. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with a stated pay range of $17–$18 per hour based on experience. The schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
