About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate to work in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The associate orders parts, identifies and records the parts needed for vehicles, maintains an orderly storage area, and receives and picks parts. The role offers training programs for entry-level employees so their skills and pay can progress with the company. The position is based at Carvana’s inspection center at 3445 Cincinnati Avenue, Rocklin, California. Two schedules are offered: first shift, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m.; or second shift, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m.–4 a.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Starting pay is $19 per hour. Employment is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
