About The Position

The Parts Assistant supports collision repair operations by receiving and checking in parts, inspecting deliveries, coordinating returns and monitoring vendor deliveries. The role also ensures parts invoices are posted accurately in the company’s estimating platform. Crash Champions is a founder-led multi-shop operator providing collision repair services at more than 650 locations in 38 states.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivered parts, match them to repair orders, and ensure all parts are placed on and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage and follow up if parts are not available within two hours of the expected drop-off.
• Immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor.
• Regularly communicate with vendors about parts status.
• Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
