About The Position
Crash Champions is hiring a Parts Assistant to support its collision repair operations. The role receives and checks in delivered parts, matches them to repair orders, ensures parts are accounted for on the parts cart, inspects deliveries for damage, follows up with vendors about delivery status, returns incorrect parts, and ensures parts invoices are posted accurately in the company’s estimating platform.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Receive delivered parts, match them to repair orders, and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
- Immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor.
- Regularly communicate with vendors about parts status.
- Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
