About The Position
The Parts Assistant receives and checks in parts, matches delivered parts to repair orders, and ensures all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart. The role includes inspecting delivered parts for damage, returning incorrect parts to vendors, communicating with vendors about delivery status, and ensuring parts invoices are posted correctly in the company’s estimating platform. The position requires legal authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Receive and check in parts; match deliveries to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
- Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
- Regularly communicate with vendors regarding parts status.
- Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
