About The Position

Kearys Motor Group is seeking a full-time Parts Advisor to join its team at Kearys Belgard Road. The role supports the dealership’s parts operation by serving customers at the front counter and workshop, maintaining relationships with trade customers and suppliers, and ensuring accurate parts information and stock procedures. The position requires a customer-focused, motivated person with automotive parts experience and a genuine interest in cars and the motor trade.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an automotive parts advisor role or a similar role.
A genuine interest in cars and the motor trade.
Ability to communicate efficiently with customers in person, by telephone and by email.
Ability to work to high standards and strong motivation to learn.
A friendly, helpful attitude and a desire to deliver top-level customer service.
A full, clean driving license.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Kerridge.

Responsibilities

Serve parts through both the front counter and workshop.
Maintain and build relationships with trade customers.
Ensure all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Follow procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts.
Report stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
Keep the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) system up to date and ensure current information is available.
Assist with stock checks when required.
Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
