About The Position

Peak Thermo King is seeking a Parts Advisor in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role supports retail customers and other Thermo King branches by handling parts shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer assistance. The Parts Advisor works in the parts warehouse, maintains organized inventory, and uses the business management system to track and control parts movement. The position also involves loading and unloading trucks with a forklift and answering phone calls to help customers. Peak Industrial Company operates four businesses across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Montana, selling, renting, and repairing Thermo King transport refrigeration equipment, Bobcat and JCB construction equipment, and Club Car golf and utility vehicles. Nice To Haves

Trailer parts experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office software is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Ship and receive parts for retail customers and other Thermo King branches.
Cycle count inventory in the parts warehouse.
Manage warehouse inventory and control parts movement through the business management system.
Maintain warehouse organization.
Pull parts and fulfill orders.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
Answer phone calls and assist customers with their needs.
