About The Position
Our dealerships are seeking a motivated, full-time Parts Advisor to support the service team. The role involves ordering, receiving, billing, storing, and stocking parts; assisting retail customers and technicians; supporting inventory management; and maintaining an orderly work area and a high level of customer service. The position offers training and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail parts outlet or dealership setting.
- Computer literacy.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and bill parts.
- Maintain proper storage of parts and stock shelves.
- Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
- Support parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
- Pick up and deliver parts.
- Keep the department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
- Maintain a superior level of customer service.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
