About The Position

The PC Technician will join the IT department of a fast-growing automotive group. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and serving as a primary point of contact for user technical issues so employees can work efficiently. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Basic IT skills.
Experience in computer repairs.
Problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and comfortably bend, squat, and reach beneath desks.

Nice To Haves

Background in the field is a plus; training will be provided.
Basic network experience.
Windows Domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices.
Recondition computers and install Windows operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Install and troubleshoot printers.
Replace computer hardware.
