Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or partner management within the consumer electronics industry.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for on-site relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for French-speaking partners within the consumer electronics ecosystem.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for cutting-edge consumer electronic devices.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail and distribution partners to drive product success.
• Deliver expert guidance on product integration and performance optimization to ensure seamless partner operations.
• Conduct remote training sessions for partners regarding new product launches and technical updates.
• Monitor market feedback to provide actionable insights for product development teams within the consumer electronics industry.
• Ensure all technical documentation and support queries are handled with precision and professional urgency.
