Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Estonian-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional resolution quality within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Provide high-level consultancy and troubleshooting to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure continuous improvement of service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues impacting the end-user experience.
• Strive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal support knowledge bases and procedural manuals.
