About The Position

Leap Health is building a transparent infusion benefit through the Leap Transparency Network, which includes specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, home nursing agencies, and ambulatory infusion centers. The Partner Success Manager owns the day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of manufacturer and specialty pharmacy partners and leads implementation of new agreements, including specialty pharmacy, manufacturer, and infusion center contracts. The role turns signed agreements into operational partnerships by coordinating timelines, pricing, workflows, training, and follow-through from kickoff through go-live and steady state. The position also maintains contract records and tracks obligations, renewals, pricing, and service-level compliance. It coordinates with Legal, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, and Sales to resolve issues and support accurate partner communications. Success includes timely implementation plans and launches, consistent partner reviews and performance tracking, accurate pricing in Pond, resolved invoice discrepancies, and a shared contract repository and onboarding SOP.
