•$125,000 - $190,000

About The Position

Picogrid is a venture-backed defense technology company building infrastructure to connect sensors, autonomy, and operators in support of national security. Partner Operations develops and operates the processes, data, programs, and cross-functional coordination that make the company’s partner ecosystem a durable capability. It works with Engineering, Deployments, Capture, Legal, and Marketing to ensure that partners have a clear experience and that internal teams have current context, ownership, commitments, and next steps. The role also engages with deployments, demonstrations, and technical integrations to understand partner needs and improve partner programs. Success is measured by partnership quality, continuity, and usefulness, including how quickly partners engage, how effectively their technologies and teams participate in Picogrid’s work, and whether relationships strengthen through execution.
