Partner Operations Manager

Eliza•Remote, US,

About The Position

Eliza is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to build and run the operating model for its OpenAI partnership. The role works across strategic partnerships, marketing, and go-to-market execution to support sellers, advance opportunities from referral to close, and help the partnership create measurable commercial impact. The manager will collaborate with strategic sellers, marketing, delivery, leadership, and OpenAI stakeholders. The role owns partnership plans, stakeholder maps, operating cadence, systems, and playbooks; equips sellers with relationship context and reusable materials; and establishes processes for receiving, qualifying, assigning, and tracking OpenAI referrals. It coordinates partner marketing activity, maintains partnership reporting, improves HubSpot and OpenAI partner portal workflows, monitors OpenAI programs, keeps Eliza teams aligned, and leads creation and publication of post-engagement WinWires with the Marketing Lead and delivery teams. Success means providing useful, regular reporting; ensuring referrals have clear owners and progress consistently; producing materials sellers use; supporting partner marketing that engages potential clients; demonstrating the partnership’s contribution to pipeline and business; communicating program updates and actions to relevant teams; and capturing customer outcomes in WinWires.

  • Strong project management and follow-through across multiple stakeholders and active opportunities.
  • Clear writing and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex ideas useful to sellers and executives.
  • Commercial judgment and understanding of how relationships, referrals, and partner activity can generate business.
  • Ability to create useful structure for an ambiguous partnership without adding unnecessary process.
  • Relationship-building skills and ability to earn trust with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ownership, initiative, adaptability, and ability to follow through toward shared outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sellers, marketers, delivery teams, executives, and partner stakeholders.
