Partner Enablement Manager

NinjaTech AI•Mountain View, CA

About The Position

NinjaTech is hiring its first Partner Enablement Manager to own enablement for its strategic Infosys partnership. Infosys is both an investor and go-to-market partner, and the role will build the enablement engine that helps Infosys sales and services teams position, sell, deploy, and support SuperNinja Enterprise independently. The manager will translate product information, positioning, and proof points into partner-ready materials, training, and certification, and ensure partner teams can execute without NinjaTech present. The role owns the end-to-end Infosys enablement program, including onboarding, training, certification, ongoing readiness, partner collateral, enablement sessions, and a partner portal or knowledge base. It also involves coordinating with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering, measuring enablement outcomes, and running joint go-to-market activities with Infosys. Success means Infosys teams can independently position and scope SuperNinja, the enablement library is actively used, and partner-sourced pipeline and deal velocity improve.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partner/channel enablement, sales enablement, or solutions consulting.
  • A proven track record building enablement programs for a systems integrator, consultancy, or large channel partner.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to turn technical depth into clear, field-ready messaging.
  • Comfort with technical, platform-level products and ability to learn quickly.
  • A builder's mindset and readiness to define how a new function operates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise B2B software, AI, or cloud.
  • Experience with a global systems integrator partner such as Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, or Wipro.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Infosys enablement program, including onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing readiness for partner sales, solution, and delivery teams.
  • Create and maintain partner-facing materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, demo scripts, ROI narratives, and implementation playbooks.
  • Design and deliver live and on-demand enablement sessions, and establish a certification path for Infosys teams to qualify and progress opportunities independently.
  • Operate the second-line/first-line support model, enabling Infosys to serve as first line with customers while NinjaTech backs them as second line, and gather feedback about field needs.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to keep enablement current as the product and roadmap evolve.
  • Establish and own the partner portal or knowledge base as the single source of truth.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs, including partner certification rates, influenced pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates on partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Run joint go-to-market activities with Infosys, including co-selling, events, and webinars, and feed field learnings into positioning.
