Partner Enablement Manager

NinjaTech AI•Mountain View, CA
•$140,000 - $200,000

About The Position

NinjaTech is hiring its first Partner Enablement Manager to own enablement for its Infosys partnership. Infosys is both an investor and strategic go-to-market partner. This foundational role will build the enablement engine that helps Infosys sales and services teams confidently position, sell, deploy, and support SuperNinja Enterprise, an agent platform that enterprises deploy inside their own cloud. The manager will translate product capabilities, positioning, and proof points into partner-ready assets, training, and certification so Infosys teams can execute independently. The role owns the end-to-end Infosys enablement program, including onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing readiness for partner sales, solution, and delivery teams. It also develops and maintains collateral, runs live and on-demand enablement, establishes a certification path, operates the partner support model, maintains a partner portal or knowledge base, and measures program effectiveness. The manager will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering as the product and roadmap evolve, and will run joint go-to-market activities with Infosys while sharing field insights to improve positioning. Success means Infosys teams can independently position and scope SuperNinja, the enablement library is actively used by the field, and partner-sourced pipeline and deal velocity improve measurably.
