Partner Enablement Lead, Beneficial Deployments

About The Position

Anthropic’s Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to nonprofit and education organizations doing important work. The Partner Enablement Lead will build and operate the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program, enabling trusted intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops independently and to Anthropic’s quality standards. The role also supports enablement for Claude Corps, ensuring fellows’ learning and work benefit the broader set of supported organizations. This position combines program building and facilitation. The lead will design and deliver initial cohorts, then make the approach repeatable through training kits, qualification paths, credentials, teach-back gates, and regular content refreshes. The role builds on Anthropic Education’s operating model and certification infrastructure, while owning the elements specific to nonprofit and education audiences. It works closely with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps program leadership, and Education teams. This is not a partner account management, alliances, or quota-carrying role, and it is not a traditional book-of-business Customer Success role. The position reports to the Customer Success Lead for Beneficial Deployments, has no direct reports currently, and may grow into people management as the program scales. Periodic travel for in-person cohorts and sessions is expected. Anthropic currently expects staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time, though some roles may require more. The minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. The required field of study must be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience. The annual salary range is $265,000–$320,000 USD. Anthropic sponsors visas, though sponsorship may not be possible for every role and candidate.

  • Experience designing adult learning experiences end to end, including curriculum, facilitator guides, and assessments, and delivering them live.
  • Experience working with or inside intermediaries that reach mission-driven organizations, such as networks, capacity builders, funders, or technical assistance providers, and understanding how they influence adoption.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools; uses Claude and/or other AI tools in day-to-day work and understands their impact firsthand.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Ownership of, or close partnership with, a certification or badging program, including assessment design and recertification.
  • Experience with Skilljar or another learning management system, and with partner portals or resource hubs.

  • Experience leading work through contractors or vendors while keeping several programs coherent.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program, including its tracks, qualification paths, credentials, and recertification.
  • Build activation playbooks and workshop-in-a-box modules, including facilitator materials, demonstration scripts, sample data, and workbooks.
  • Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries, then establish an ongoing application process that routes applicants to appropriate tracks and programs.
  • Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to their member-support models and helping evolve their offerings as organizational needs become clearer.
  • Create ways for intermediaries to learn from one another, including shared office hours, an ongoing facilitator cohort, and a path for onboarding new intermediaries.
  • Support enablement strategy for Claude Corps, extending fellows’ reach and incorporating their learning into enablement provided to all customers.
  • Maintain quality when Anthropic staff are not present through teach-back gates, graded mock sessions, shadowing, and measurement of satisfaction and activation quality against Anthropic-led benchmarks.
  • Operate the program’s content intake and refresh calendar, production standards, resource hub, learning management system courses and assessments, and agreement and attribution model for intermediaries acting on Anthropic’s behalf.
  • Track program measures, including approved trainers, collaborator-led activations and workshops, Anthropic effort per organization activated, and quality against benchmarks; use results to guide priorities.
  • Represent intermediary feedback within Anthropic and bring insights into enablement content, product feedback, and the engagement model.
