About The Position

Anthropic’s Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to organizations in the nonprofit and education sectors. The Partner Enablement Lead will build and own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program, qualifying trusted intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops. The role develops the kits, credentials, quality gates, and ongoing refresh processes that allow intermediaries to deliver training to Anthropic’s standards without an Anthropic Customer Success Manager present. It also supports enablement for Claude Corps, helping fellows’ work benefit the wider set of organizations Anthropic supports. The role combines program building and facilitation. The Lead will design and deliver initial cohorts, then make the program repeatable through training materials, qualification paths, credentials, teach-back gates, and content refreshes. The role builds on Anthropic Education’s operating model and certification infrastructure, while owning the elements specific to nonprofit and education audiences. It works closely with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps program leadership, and Education teams. This is neither a partner account management or alliances role nor a book-of-business Customer Success role, and it carries no quota. The role reports to the Customer Success Lead for Beneficial Deployments, has no direct reports currently, and may develop into people management as the program grows. Periodic travel for in-person cohorts and sessions is expected. Success is measured by organizations being activated and trained well without Anthropic delivering the work directly.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to how each intermediary reaches and supports its members, and help intermediaries evolve their offerings as organizational needs become clearer.
  • Build connections among intermediaries through shared office hours, an ongoing facilitator cohort, and a pathway for onboarding new intermediaries.
  • Support enablement strategy for Claude Corps, extending the reach of fellows and participating organizations and incorporating lessons into enablement offered to customers.

  • Own program metrics, including approved trainers, intermediary-led activations and workshops, Anthropic effort per organization activated, and quality against benchmarks; use the data to guide program priorities.
