About the position
The Partner Director, Retail is responsible for building and expanding relationships within the Retail space. They will contribute to revenue targets, generate new leads, and craft proposals to showcase Fetch's vision and value proposition. The ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of enterprise sales experience and relevant expertise in Retail or CPG. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with executive leadership, and a deep understanding of Fetch's offerings and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to revenue targets within the assigned Pod
- Generate new leads with new and existing partners
- Craft proposals and meet with prospects to share Fetch's vision, strategy, and value proposition
- Use data in proposals to demonstrate the power of Fetch in driving business forward for brand partners
- Act as the sole point of influence for decision-makers on Fetch's partner teams
- Engage directly with executive leadership
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Fetch's offerings and tech/product/marketing pipeline
- Collaborate with Industry Lead and Account teams on offer details, programming, and calibration
- Stay updated on media/marketing industry trends and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the Retail space
- Meet or exceed goals around metrics such as new brands signed, new brands activated, new revenue generated, graduation rate, and brand penetration
- Embrace objections as opportunities for education and find solutions
- Have 4-12 years of enterprise sales experience
- Possess existing relevant vertical expertise in Retail, CPG, or transferrable experience targeting relevant stakeholders

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the Retail space to prospective partners
