About the position
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships and key clients within the Retail or CPG space. They will contribute to engagements with partners, ensuring the health and productivity of these relationships. The Account Manager will also prepare materials for business reviews and other touchpoints, and work towards increasing partner spend while reducing churn. They will have a solid understanding of Fetch's strategy and offerings, and strategically communicate the value of the partnership to partners. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with senior team members and implementation coordinators to maintain cost efficiency for partners.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to engagements with key partners and maintain relationships
- Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and other partner touchpoints
- Ensure partners have regular access to data and reporting to optimize budget allocation
- Develop an understanding of Fetch strategy and guide partners to valuable offerings
- Work closely with senior team members and implementation coordinators
- Engage with implementation coordinators to ensure Special Offers meet partner objectives
- Meet goals related to revenue, contract fulfillment, brand activations, etc.
- Understand marketing budget and allocation for key accounts
- Use knowledge of Fetch products and strategies to positively impact partner relationships
- Leverage creative sales and solutions to drive partner engagement
Requirements

- Reporting directly to the Industry Lead
- Responsible for relationships and key clients within the Retail or CPG space
- Remote flexible position with some travel for meetings and industry events
- Contribute to engagements with key partners
- Ensure the health and productivity of relationships
- Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and other partner touchpoints
- Attend meetings to support professional development
- Provide partners with regular access to data and reporting
- Optimize Fetch's share of partner budgets
- Develop an understanding of Fetch strategy within and outside of Sales
- Guide partners to valuable Fetch offerings
- Communicate the impact of the partnership on their brand
- Work closely with senior team members, implementation, and ATSO (data!) to maintain cost for partners
- Engage with implementation coordinators to ensure Special Offers achieve partner objectives
- Meet goals including revenue, year over year revenue growth, contract fulfillment, brand activations, etc.
- Understand marketing budget and allocation for key accounts
- Knowledge and understanding of Fetch products and strategies positively impact partner relationships
