About the position
Fetch is seeking a B2B Copywriter with at least 5 years of experience to create compelling content that elevates the Fetch brand and attracts potential business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, excellent grammar skills, and the ability to distill complex topics into easily digestible copy. They will work closely with the B2B marketing team and other creatives to develop content for various mediums, including presentations, white papers, blog articles, and social media. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of the Fetch for Business brand identity and demonstrate a dedication to diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Create smart, insightful and informative content to elevate the Fetch brand, attract potential business partners, and highlight current brand partners
- Write clear copy positioning Fetch as a thought leader and service provider in the rewards, technology, and data industries, with a focus on CPG, retail, and restaurant brands
- Develop a deep understanding of existing and potential CPG, restaurant, and retail business partners and their motivations
- Assist in creating and producing content based on the B2B content calendar
- Write content for various communications including presentations, sell sheets, decks, one-sheeters, white papers, case studies, feature articles, newsletters, blog articles, landing pages, B2B social media content, byline content for C-Suite executives, video scripts, and small video stories
- Support and cover for other writers on the team when needed
- Work with the B2B marketing team to contribute to the identity, voice, and tone of the B2B brand
- Support and help craft the Fetch for Business brand identity
- Refresh existing communications and create new ones
- Work within the organization's established creative process
- Concept, write, iterate, and revise copy based on provided briefs and feedback
- Distill complex topics into easily digestible content
- Proactively seek opportunities to elevate copy
- Demonstrate dedication to diversity, inclusion, and representation
- Stay updated on business trends in content, storytelling, and copywriting best practices
- Collaborate with diverse teams across Fetch, primarily the B2B, creative, and executive teams
- Lean on other creatives with different skill sets
- Support copy leadership and their initiatives
- Have 5+ years of B2B copywriting experience with some technical writing experience
- Possess strong writing skills, vocabulary, and grammar knowledge
- Ability to translate messages across different assets and media
- Can transform rough notes and data into polished assets that align with brand messaging

- Be a self-starter and proactive in approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B copywriting experience with some experience in technical writing
- Great with words, a good vocabulary and solid understanding of grammar — and knows when to bend the rules
- A knack for writing short and long-form data-driven content
- Ability to translate a message across various assets and media
- Can translate cocktail-napkin notes and data dumps into polished assets that support brand messaging
- A sincere belief in the power of collaboration
- A self-starter who is proactive
