About The Position

Spacelift is hiring a Partner Account Manager to build its reseller partner program from the ground up, starting with high-priority partners Ahead and Presidio. The role will define how Spacelift works with resellers and how the company grows through the channel, rather than simply managing an established program. The position is remote and open to candidates working anywhere in the US. The Partner Account Manager will create the program structure and resources, manage partner relationships from onboarding through revenue, enable partner sales teams, coordinate with direct sales, and establish reporting to track partner performance. The role will also identify additional reseller partners as the program develops.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances at a B2B software company.
  • Direct experience working with Ahead, Presidio, or similar national solution providers.
  • A track record of building programs rather than only inheriting them.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to understand Spacelift’s product and its relevance to platform engineering teams.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to work regularly with sales, marketing, and product.
  • Ability to move quickly, work independently, and solve problems without relying on an established playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch Spacelift’s reseller partner program, including deal registration, incentive structures, enablement resources, and co-sell motions.
  • Own the Ahead and Presidio relationships from initial onboarding through first revenue and beyond.
  • Enable partner sales teams to position and sell Spacelift by developing training materials, battlecards, and demo resources.
  • Work with Spacelift’s direct sales team to align on pipeline, territory, and rules of engagement.
  • Build reporting and tracking infrastructure to measure partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement.
  • Identify and prioritize additional reseller partners as the program matures.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and dependents.
  • 401k Pension Plan.
  • 26 days of paid time off annually plus local bank holidays.
  • Flexible working hours and a healthy 40-hour workweek.
  • Work-from-anywhere arrangement; the company is fully remote.
  • Learning and education budget.
  • Company offsites.
  • International, diverse, dynamic, and passionate team with a friendly and supportive company culture.
