About The Position

The Deployment Strategist helps enterprise customers turn isolated workflow automation wins into scalable operating models that deliver measurable business impact. The role leads the business, adoption, and governance workstream across high-value enterprise deployments, partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into adopted workflows that address operational needs. The strategist leads organizational work during focused on-site deployments, from executive kickoff through closeout, and keeps engagements focused on high-value opportunities. They help customers establish automation ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices; map business processes; develop prioritized automation roadmaps and business cases; and demonstrate expected value in terms that align with customer priorities. The role also builds trust across stakeholder groups, identifies expansion signals for handoff to Customer Success, and contributes field learnings to internal playbooks, product feedback, and repeatable deployment approaches. This is a remote-first role listed for the US East Coast. The position requires willingness to travel roughly 30–50% for on-site engagements across Europe. The company language is English. The role is part of a fast-growing company that values autonomy, experimentation, and ownership, and offers equity and professional development support.
