Account Executive - US East Coast

StrangeBee
•€240 - €260•Remote

About The Position

StrangeBee is hiring its first Account Executive in the United States to win new customers and build a local partner ecosystem. Working closely with the VP Sales, this person will help open the US market and shape StrangeBee’s sales approach there. The US is already one of StrangeBee’s top three markets, and the role will bring the company closer to its customers. The position is full-time and remote. The hire will initially work through the Employer of Record Deel and transition to StrangeBee’s US entity once it opens. The Account Executive will develop new business through outbound and inbound sales, partner referrals, and events; cultivate relationships with local partners and resellers; and manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline documentation, legal processes, and security reviews. The role works with Solutions Engineers, Infrastructure & Security, Sales Ops, and US legal counsel. The hire will also contribute to building a repeatable US sales process and playbook. Success milestones include becoming autonomous within 45–60 days, establishing an outbound engine in the first three months, generating qualified opportunities and closing initial deals by six months, and building recurring US revenue, active selling partners, and a repeatable sales process within 12 months. StrangeBee offers US medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, US holidays, remote work, supplied equipment, and onboarding support from an experienced Account Executive based in Spain.
