Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant training.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written (frequent contact outside Quebec).
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to offer an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting IT profiles (developers, quality assurance, product managers, scrum masters, architects, analysts, etc.) and a good understanding of agile methodologies and the IT market realities.
  • Ability to evolve in a consulting role and support managers in their recruitment decisions.
  • Ease in navigating gray areas and proposing solutions adapted to business needs.
  • Comfort in evolving in a context of strong growth and organizational transformation.
  • Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters (or a similar ATS) and ease in using social media for recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to managers, advising them at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Define and deploy talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent by leveraging creativity and the strength of the employer brand.
  • Manage the recruitment for various roles, including specialized positions, particularly in information technology, by developing attraction strategies adapted to a highly competitive market.
  • Ensure a rigorous and complete recruitment process, from needs assessment to job offer.
  • Utilize performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment practices and processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes by leveraging technological tools and best practices to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure successful integration of new employees so they can start their VOSKER adventure well.
  • Contribute to the visibility of the employer brand.
  • Stay informed about trends and share innovative talent acquisition practices.
  • Represent the company at corporate events.
  • Contribute to various Talent & Culture projects.
