Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (CRHA an asset).
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-site environment, in a collaborative mode.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (frequent national collaborations).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
  • Structured, proactive, client- and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required to support our nationwide activities and our collaboration with teams and clients in other provinces.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner to managers in our various offices across Canada.
  • Develop and deploy talent acquisition strategies adapted to the realities of each region and discipline.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: job openings, postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, manager support.
  • Develop proactive attraction strategies (sourcing, headhunting).
  • Contribute to the development of tools, indicators, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team (HRBP, compensation, OHS, etc.) for global support.
  • Participate in various HR initiatives (employer brand, diversity, optimization projects, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends across regions to inform the team's strategic thinking.
