About The Position

GFL Environmental is looking for a Field Talent Acquisition Partner in Montreal to lead full-cycle recruitment for our operational and field service teams. You will drive hiring strategy, source top-tier skilled talent, and partner with operational leadership to build our workforce across the Quebec region.

Requirements

3+ years in recruitment specifically in high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring.
Bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, and proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field and skilled trade roles.
Advise operational leadership on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
Execute creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates within the industrial sector.
Maintain accurate data in Workday and ensure full process compliance.
Serve as a champion for "Team Green," providing an excellent experience for every candidate.
