About The Position

GFL Environmental is looking for a Field Talent Acquisition Partner in Montreal to lead full-cycle recruitment for our operational and field service teams. You will drive hiring strategy, source top-tier skilled talent, and partner with operational leadership to build our workforce across the Quebec region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in recruitment specifically in high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring.
  • Bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, and proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field and skilled trade roles.
  • Advise operational leadership on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
  • Execute creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates within the industrial sector.
  • Maintain accurate data in Workday and ensure full process compliance.
  • Serve as a champion for "Team Green," providing an excellent experience for every candidate.
